Wrenn Back to His Winning Ways at Lee

Lee, NH – July 24, 2009 – The Pro Four Modifieds of New England (PFMNE) once again battled Mother Nature yesterday as they completed their seventh race of the 2009 season on Friday, July 24, at Lee USA Speedway. Sponsored by Bot-L-Gas and RF Logic, the 25-lap main event was the second round of the Triple Crown Series. The #1m of Norm Wrenn and the #4 of Cory Cleary provided the entertainment as both worked their way from the back of the field to the front. But Wrenn had just enough to hold off the advances of Cleary as the checkers unfurled—claiming his sixth victory of the season.

Cleary Captures Open Wheel Wednesday Checkers

Seekonk, MA – (July 15, 2009) – The Pro Four Modifieds of New England (PFMNE) dished up a thrilling race in front of an enthusiastic crowd at the highly-acclaimed Open Wheel Wednesday show at the “Action Track of the East.” With victory long overdue, the #4 of Cory “The Cub” Cleary found himself atop the leaderboard when the checkers unfurled, collecting his first win of the 2009 season.

Wrenn Keeps Win Streak Alive at Stafford

Stafford, CT – The Pro Four Modifieds of New England (PFMNE) battled with mother nature but were able to complete their fifth race of the 2009 campaign as part of CarQuest Xtreme Tuesday at Stafford Motor Speedway. The Pro Four Modifeds of New England (PFMNE) debuted their new, modernized website today. The site, which is much more user-friendly, is complete with updated driver information, schedules, results, and sponsor information. Rain Forces Cancellation of Twin State Speedway Event

For the second time in as many weeks, the Pro Four Modifieds of New England (PFMNE) were rained out. A forecast for severe thunderstorms and torrential rain in the Claremont area forced the cancellation of the race program set to go off on June 26. PFMNE officials have announced that the event will not be made up. The next stop at Twin State Speedway will be on October 4 as part of the season-ending, Open Wheel Sunday race program. (more…)

Monadnock Waived Off, Twin State Up Next

N. Easton, Ma – With days of heavy rain soaking southern New Hampshire, and a forecast for much of the same later on Saturday evening, Monadnock Speedway and Pro Four Modifieds of New England (PFMNE) officials were forced to cancel the race program slated for June 20. Wrenn Picks Up First Pro-4 Win at Seekonk

Seekonk, MA – The Pro Four Modified Racing Series of New England (PFMNE) took to the “Cement Palace,” Seekonk Speedway, on Saturday, June 6, for their fourth event of the 2009 season. A strong field of 19 fourcylinder modifieds signed into the paddock area for the extra distance main presented by Kraze Korlacki Speed Equipment. “Stormin’ Norman” Wrenn made it four for four this season, picking up his first career victory at the famed Massachusetts oval.
